Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Refund Eligibility:

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our floral products. We understand that circumstances may arise that necessitate a refund. Refunds will be considered only under the following circumstances:

·         The product received is significantly damaged or not as described on the website.

·         The customer received the wrong item.

2. Notification Period:

Customers must notify us of any issues with their order within 48 hours of receiving the product. Notification can be sent to hello@strengthandstem.com

3. Required Information:

To process a refund, customers must provide the following information:

·         Order number

·         Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect items

·         A detailed description of the issue

4. Fresh Flowers Policy:

Fresh flowers are perishable, and as such, they are not eligible for returns. However, in the event that the fresh flowers are significantly damaged, customers may be eligible for a refund or partial refund.

5. Refund Process:

Once we receive the necessary information, we will investigate the issue and notify the customer of the eligibility status.

If eligible, the customer will be offered a refund for the damaged or incorrect items, or a replacement item, as per their preference.

6. Refund Method:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

7. Non-Refundable Items:

Customised or personalised items, as well as fresh flowers, are not eligible for returns. Only significantly damaged fresh flowers are eligible for a refund.

8. Cancellation Policy:

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

9. Return Shipping:

As fresh flowers are not returnable, there is no return shipping process. For damaged items, customers may be required to provide additional information and images as part of the refund process.

10. Responsibility for Third-Party Courier Damage:

 We accept no responsibility for damage incurred during the delivery process by third-party couriers. Once the order has been dispatched to the third-party courier, Strength & Stem relinquishes responsibility for the delivery process. Any issues arising during delivery, such as delays or damages, should be addressed directly with the courier service.
